𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗲𝘁…

How many of us have spent hours and hours or even days focused on something that either wasn’t an issue or had the potential to become an issue? 

I used to have these types of thoughts all the time. I would constantly be worrying about what I am forgetting? Or am I good enough? Or does anyone even know if what I am saying is making sense?

What did I end up getting as a result? Either the thing I was worried about happening came true or I ended up wasting a lot of time and energy on something that wasn’t even a thing.

And so, what I want to impress upon you on is the fact that the things that we focus on will be the things that we end up getting. Have you ever made this realization before? 

Have you been so focused on accomplishing something that you put your heart and soul into it? What was the result? Likely you accomplished it. It may not have looked exactly the way you wanted it to, but you did do something amazing and something you could be proud of.

This same truth can be at work in our businesses. The things that we focus on in our business will become the things that our business achieves. 

The vision that we set, the mission that we craft and the objectives we set out to achieve end up being the things that we will have return to us. Providing it is complemented with the desire to see it happen and those things are all in alignment with each other.

I am curious, have you ever focused on the wrong things before and then ended up having them happen instead of the thing that you really wanted deep down?

I have, and then I wondered why did the thing happen that I didn’t want to have happen? It was because I was too focused on it.  

So as we are heading into a new year, 2022, ask yourself what do I really want out of this next year? Then focus your attention on that, don’t focus on what you don’t want, focus on what you want.

A pawn’s soul focus is to get to the other side of the chess board to move onto to higher status. The universe, divine, god, whatever you want to call the higher consciousness, has a way of helping you achieve the thing that you are focused on.
