明日は明日の風が吹く (ashita wa ashita no kaze ga fuku*)
English translations: “Tomorrow’s winds will blow tomorrow.”
This Japanese saying to me means, “tomorrow’s another day” and to not worry about the future. If we are truly living with an understanding of our ikigai, we are much more able to accept our reality for what it is. This is because we are able to accept ourselves for who we are.
When we can live and breathe from this place, we are less concerned about the problems of tomorrow, and we are able to find meaning in the moments of each day.
If you find yourself worried about tomorrow, take a pause and realize that today isn’t finished yet. Focus on living each moment in the day you are in before trying to live the moments that haven’t happened yet.
