What would it feel like if you didn’t fear Monday’s but rather embraced them?

You know I remember when I felt like I just couldn’t wait for the weekend to get here so that I could escape the pressure of work.

And…I would dread the thought of Monday arriving and would end up spending a lot of time and energy being frustrated about my situation.

Then I decided to make some changes, I hired somebody to help me get my mindset right, I started looking inwardly to figure out what about myself wasn’t resonating. Then I discovered I was lacking some skills that I needed to up-level, and so I did all of those things.

Then I started examining my work more and realized that the answer to my anxiety about work is that I didn’t have a good workflow. I was starting to feel like a fraud because I was telling my clients that they should be following my direction on all of the CI Tools that I was teaching but I had not made these a part of me and my personal process.
